How to get your item to me.
Normally clients bring their item to me and collect it. That way they can see the repair and pay me when they are satisfied with it - which has always been the case!
If you can’t bring the item then you can send it by post. Before that I would have given you a quote for the repair based on photos you send to me by email. I will post the item back to you. Postage is added to the repair amount. Usually the same postage as you paid getting the item to me. Payment is to be made to me before I post the item back to you.
If you send your item insured, then please check with your courier as to what is insured if you send it insured. Often ceramics are only insured for loss and not for damage.
Please pack your item well. Not loose in “packing chips” as the item will move in the box and may get further damaged. First put it in a lot of bubble wrap.
